Terms & Conditions

By using this Website and/or our services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase our services.


1. Revision Policy

  • Unlimited revisions are included as per package.

  • Revisions cover design adjustments only (not new concepts).

  • Turnaround time for revisions is approximately 48 hours.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in cases such as duplicate charges, unmet design requirements, or failure to deliver as promised.

Refund Schedule

  • Before initial design: Full refund (less 10% processing fee)

  • Within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund (less 10%)

  • Within 48–120 hours: 33% refund (less 10%)

  • After 120 hours: No refund

Refunds Are Not Available If:

  • You change your mind or circumstances.

  • You approve the design or final files.

  • The project is placed on hold by the client.

  • Free items or services are included.

  • Deployment has started.

Refund requests must be submitted via email, phone, or chat. Upon refund, American Web App retains all rights to delivered designs.


3. Content

  • Content creation is not included unless purchased separately.

  • Clients must provide product details, written content, and images.


4. NDA & Reputation

  • Client information is kept confidential.

  • Neither party will defame or disparage the other after project completion.

  • Posting defamatory content against American Web App voids refund eligibility.


5. Technical Support

  • Deployment may occur on American Web App hosting or client hosting (American Web App is not responsible for client-host issues).

  • CMS manual may be provided; training is not included.

  • Email setup information is provided, but troubleshooting is excluded.


6. Delivery & Records

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Rush delivery: 24 hours (additional $75 fee)

  • Final project files are stored for 3 months.


7. Communication

Official communication channels include only:

  • Emails ending in @americanwebpapp.com

  • Phone numbers listed on our website


8. Payments & Reactivation

  • American Web App may securely store payment information for recurring services (with notice).

  • Projects inactive for 2+ weeks without notice become non-refundable.


9. Third-Party Services

  • Third-party plugins, APIs, or integrations are supported at a standard level only.

  • Additional work related to third-party services requires a separate agreement.
